Eco-Panels’s new invention, EPIC Block, uses a closed cell urethane foam interior with two “skins”/facers of concrete (or other suitable composite materials) to achieve a super-insulated block form (rated at R40) that is easier to install, uses 60-70% LESS concrete & cement, has lower carbon emissions, and can have load bearing capacity limited only by the size and compressive strength of the materials chosen for the side panels.
