Don't put j-bolts too close to the edge of the foundation slab or wind stresses may cause the foundation to crack. Manufacturers specify 6-8 times bolt diameter from edge of slab.

EPS foam can hold moisture, allowing rot and mildew, while Eco-Panels' polyurethane foam doesn't hold moisture and causes wet OSB to dry to the out.

Internal header blocking is not load bearing, it is transferring shear. The Secondary Top Plate is load bearing.

The Importance Of A Weather Resistive Barrier

To slide panel just placed tight against the adjoining panel, place a scrap piece of 2x material across the interior edge of panel skin and foam. "Tap" firmly with sledge hammer / maul to move 1/4"-1/2" at a time. DO NOT strike the foam or the protruding profile directly.
Protect surface mounted electrical wiring or plumbing by using 2x furring strips and drywall. 1.5" drywall screws won't reach the wiring or pipes.
